Brunch on the Israel/Gaza War

Please join us for a fascinating brunch with Doug “Odie” Slocum, Brigadier General (Ret) and Fighter Pilot.

Odie will be sharing an inside perspective on the Israel/Gaza War.

Doug “Odie” Slocum is a retired Air Force Brigadier General who spent 35 years in service accumulating more than 4000 hours in the F-4, F-16, and A-10 aircraft. His last assignment was as the Commanding General of Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan. As an instructor for the International F-16 training center as well as in his roles as a senior officer, he has worked with more than 30 countries around the world. In Washington DC he served as the National Guard Director of Safety as well as Inspector General. Retiring in 2019 he, his wife, and 17-year-old daughter call Michigan home where he continues service as the President of the state Air Force Association, a member of the Civil Air Patrol, and serves on several non-profit boards and in several veteran’s service organizations.

A brunch of bagels, lox and cream cheese will be served.

On Sunday, Feb. 18th at 9:30 AM at the Chabad Jewish Center located at 3306 Auburn Rd. Auburn Hills.
